The New Doo

Sorry it's taken so long for a photo! I've been waiting to get Jeff on his way to work (with a dress shirt & tie) but haven't had any luck. Unfortunately I leave the house way before he does lately. He also has not been very cooperative because he doesn't like the new look as much as I do. I think it's absolutely handsome! Here's a photo of him doing what he likes to do best lately ...... watching sports on the big screen!

As I mentioned in my earlier blog, Jeff will have his second PHP this Wednesday. I'll post each day while he's in the hospital to keep all of our wonderful friends and family updated with what's going on.

Hey Jeff,
I have to apologize for not posting prior to now, I have been keeping track of you through this website (Jack sent it to Steve, who in turn shared it with me) and I'm glad to see you are doing so well.
First of all, I gotta say, I LOVE the new "do"! It looks way better on you than it does on me though!
I wanted to give you some words of encouragement as you head in for your next PHP. You may have heard that I have been battling breast cancer since last September. My prognosis is great (my doctors expect a full recovery). I just finished my chemotherapy about three weeks ago (yes I really did lose all my hair and, again, it looks way better on you!) I just wanted to tell you to hang in there, the hair grows back, the nausea and sickness go away and even the memory of how hard it can be begins to fade after you've finished.
Everyone who knows you knows you are a strong guy with a great support system in your family and friends. You'll get through this with flying colors! Steve and I also wanted to let you know that if you guys need anything, a ride, visitors, or even just to talk, don't hesitate to call us.

FFEJ, You make me want to go and shave the sides of my head now. Dude, it looks great! I think you should keep it that way even later on. Just need a Harley now. Glad to see you smiling cause I'm sure it's been hard with all this. Keep the faith as I always say. Cindy got a job at the VA in Gainesville so guess where were heading. Go Gators! Final Four. I'm sure your watching. Love you bro. I'll call you soon. Ronny

Linda, you'd better keep a close watch on him this week - he's gonna have all the nurses swooning!
Looks good, Jeffie - and so does the rest of you. Hope you feel as bright as that smile.
Thinking of you all the time... J&R
